I would first contact the admin of that website, then if she does nothing tell the free webs people(or who ever own the server the domain is on) and tell them about the stolen image, and they can remove the image for copyright infragment

but you might want to fix the link to the Dev on this site..it didn`t work.

The same thing happened to me and I was so peed off! I had to put all the nasty watermarks all over my work because of it and then left DA for a while because I was really upset about it. All I can say to do is contact them and say that your work is copyrighted to you and under no circumstances can they take it and use it!
